Requirements
You will be part of the sales trading team, having the opportunity to build relationships with local and international clients and contribute to daily PnL. You will play an integral role in the growth of the business. Responsibilities
To succeed, you will have: - 4-8 years equity sales experience in managerial or supervisory level - Strong Network of Institutional and Retail contacts - Proven track record selling equities with a strong client portfolio - Local market knowledge imperative - Knowledge of the Indonesia securities market and products will be necessary in order to update Financial Consultants on changes in Indonesian investment market - Solid Knowledge of the Indonesian Brokerage Market and Customer Basis - Comprehension of investment vehicles and the ability to gather and interpret research from various sources.-Strong broad customer basis / network - Tertiary qualifications in finance or economics a plus. - Good understanding of Indonesian and Asian markets - Strong systems and communication skills will be assumed - Fluency in English
- Working closely with institutional clients, sales and sales traders
- You will monitor and perform the sales trading function in equities and equity-related products spanning. - In developing relationships with clients through trading and execution services you will assist in identifying new sources of product supply and elicit additional business relationships. - Manage and Lead the Brokerage team/ Trading activities (as an Agent and Principal). - Lead the acquisition of new Brokerage Customers. - Continuous Customer Relation Management of Institutional Brokerage Customers. - Planning and set-up of Brokerage Road shows on a domestic Level. - Development of the Brokerage product universe. - Manage own workload beside the team work load - Identify cross selling opportunities. - Handle all training issue and recruiting for brokerage. - Enhance the policy and procedures for brokerage. - Handle all operations issues with middle office and back office. - Implement and adhere to all compliance and risk guidelines/procedures.-Reconciling client positions, correcting breaks while monitoring failing & pending trades. - Resolve and manage Buy-In situations, market exclusions, High Risk Market Trades (Large Value / High risk Markets), Investigating & Resolving commission Claims. - Develop a good working relationship with counterparts in area of operations to provide a streamlined and seamless local and regional coverage to the clients. - Provide information to Clients on up-to-date industry and market news & work with relevant departments to gain access for the client to new markets. - Responding to client queries that relate to Stock trading, Cash Management, Corporate actions & Dividends, splits, commission. - Responsible for ensuring Clients are aware of corporate action events & dividend entitlements which relate to their positions. |
